How does it work, rent a Dongle

Rent-a-Dongle on your Holiday.

You can book your Dongle in 3 steps.

Select in the menu list "Book Now"
Fill in as much as possible fields, to avoid delay, and click on "Submit"
Fill in the payment details (on the Paypal site) and your Dongle is booked

Now your dongle has been booked, we will send the Dongle to the specified address, the address in your home country or to your accommodation adres in Portugal.
Please enter as much data as possible to avoid delays (Please NOTE that we handle 8 working days for delivery outside Portugal).

In the envelope you will recieve, we include a return envelope. You can post the envelope at any post office, there is a post office at Faro airport.

USB Wireless Broadband Dongles All you have to do is plug it into a spare usb socket and follow the instuctions given by your computer. A broadband dongle works in a similar way to a wireless LAN dongle only it connects to a mobile network of the provider we have contracts with.

After your booking you will receive an email with all the details, your pin code, installation details, a letter in Portuguse to show to the post-office employee if you want to sent it by registration mail.

Installation of the Dongle it self, click on the blue TAB's here under, to open or close.

Installation of the software

After you insert the Dongle in a free usb port the software in the Dongle will installed automatically.
After a while you will be asked for a pin code, the pin code you received by email. Type in the pin code and click on OK. Now the program will be loading and after that you click on "LIGAR" (connect).

All the installation instruction will be send by email. We have the instructions in English, Portuguses and Dutch

Now everything is ready to use, Please check if the connection is DISCONNECT.
The software will connect emmediately to the internet provider. Everytime you connect, the minium period is 5 miniutes, even if your connection is no longer then 2 miniutes.

After your login or when you logged out you will receive a SMS with the time you have left on your Dongle.
