Rent a Dongle opened his review page. This was also a wish of our customers, which is derived from the survey, conducted among 500 clients.
01/Aug/2011Today we received the last survey (from 500 clients) and a majority would like the dongle at their home address before they travel to Portugal. Rent a dongle has therefore decided that from today, August 1, 2011 the dongle will be send to your home address or your holiday address in Portugal. However, the postal & package charges are deducted from your deposit. In the future, when the site is re-written, the client can choose how the Dongle will be send, by registered post and by normal post. For the moment the charges are 3,50€ per Dongle. We thank all the participants for the help to improve our service.
